We are still open and designing and dispatching prints as normal. As long as the Royal Mail are doing such an amazing job to keep the mail system up and running, we will continue to send out your orders - either straight to you or direct to your friends and family with a gift note.
A4 unframed prints, which are produced and dispatched direct from us, continue mostly as normal - dispatched within 1-3 days and delivered to you first class. In some postcodes, deliveries are taking a little longer than usual, so please be aware that there may be a delay in the delivery of your print.
A3 prints and framed prints are handled by our framing company, who also continue to do an amazing job at getting your orders printed, framed and out to you via courier or Parcelforce as quickly as possible. However, our framing company are experiencing huge demand and have less staff able to work so there may be a short delay in dispatching framed or A3 prints to you (although currently they are able to dispatch fairly quickly.)
Parcelforce have changed the way they work during this period (and many courier companies are due to follow suit.) They have said that with immediate effect, they will attempt delivery once and if undelivered for whatever reason, the consignment will immediately be returned to the sender. For this reason, please make sure that you or somebody else is there to take delivery of your order. You can do this by supplying a telephone number when you order, so that you are updated, in real time, about the delivery of your print. They are currently working to a one-hour delivery time slot.
