About Phamie - Passionate about design

Phamie MacDonald is a wonderful graphic designer who also writes and illustrates children's books, she also founded Tea One Sugar Prints!

She started her career running a media company with Reg Presley - the colourful lead singer of 60s band, The Troggs - where she ran the studio, came up with new ideas for their media projects and created all of the designs for clients.

She went on to be the Head of Design at the UK charity Help for Heroes, where she helped to rebrand the charity and also looked after the creative team.

A few years ago, she went freelance as a designer and look after a wide range of diverse clients. Alongside her freelance work, she created her typographic print design business.

She is incredibly passionate about typography and design and in 2020 she decided to concentrate on her illustration skills and sold the business to me, Lisa Porter.

With a background in jewellery and stationery design, I work with the whole family in various small businesses. Everyone is involved in one way or the other, be it design or the day to day running of the business. We are so looking forward to moving forward with the wonderful designs that Phamie has created and adding to them, and we hope that Phamie will continue to design for us now and then on a freelance basis.
